_______________________________________ **This abandoned rifleman's barracks is called *"Casa Cuartel De Carabineros"* and situated near a Hilltop called "Torre El Aguíllo" in Villajoyosa, Alicante, Spain. It's 20 minutes of hiking from where we live.** **On our first hiking here last weekend, I thought this abandoned building is a restaurant because it has several corners and there's another smaller one next to it that looks like a separate kitchen until we saw this sign that says *"Between the years of 1824 and 1940, the riflemen (carabineros) guarded the coastline and were incharge of customs.
