Community growth occurs when the leaders and members of the community see themselves as one big family rather than a hierarchical and tyrannical way where there is a boss and a follower. As a community leader and curator, I spend most of my time on the created page of the Nigerian community #nigeria and I realise that posts keep trooping in uncontrollable 24 hours. This is actually something to be happy about, more so when it comes to the fact that Nigeria is one of the fastest growing community on steemit.
