Warm sun shines on colourful buildings between lush green vegetation, and from the photos I guess it had just rained. This was also his first marathon since starting on a Keto diet 5 months ago. Keto really isn’t for everyone so he described what preparations was done before the race. It was interesting to see what he had the night before and the following morning due to this new diet. It was was a great day and after being assigned runner number 552 (check out the photo which captured him in the post), he finished the race in under 3 hours! The best part - as he was over 55 year sold, he won an extra prize of $150 Euro!
